Prior to joining Gatewood Wealth Solutions, Chelsy worked for Complete Realty Solutions as Director of Property Management Operations. She began her career in real estate sales before being promoted to Director of Marketing & Transaction Coordinator.  In her role, Chelsy was responsible for building a strategic marketing plan that could be integrated into the firm’s CRM and operational tech stack. Her marketing acumen and operational experience made Chelsy an excellent candidate to join the GWS marketing team as its first Marketing Associate.
 
In her position at GWS, Chelsy plays a vital role in shaping the firm's outreach strategies and brand positioning. Leveraging her diverse skills and experience, she crafts compelling marketing campaigns aimed at fostering new client engagement and driving business growth.
 
Her multifaceted background positions her with a unique perspective, allowing her to identify opportunities and navigate challenges in the ever-evolving landscape of wealth management, marketing strategies, digital engagement, and AI. Her passion for delivering value to clients fuels her determination to succeed in her role at Gatewood Wealth Solutions.

PERSONAL

Outside of work, Chelsy enjoys finding new hobbies. Whether it’s gaming, crafting, or creating trivia challenges for her friends, Chelsy is an enthusiast for friendly competition. Her close-knit circle of family and friends mean the world to her, and she cherishes time with her cat, Goose.  A fervent fan of movies and music, Chelsy enjoys attending local concerts and binge-watching the latest horror or thriller films. When she’s not enjoying down time at home, Chelsy is likely lifting weights at the gym, rollerblading in the park or “barcade” with friends, or out exploring new experiences.
